Description

CHARACTERISTICS

It is a white finishing in powder for indoor and outdoor use, smooth, whith an excellent adhesive power. It is composed of hydraulic and air binders, micronised aggregates and specific admixtures.

APPLICATION FIELDS

Thanks to its mineral-based composition and its look, it is suitable for the finishing of ancient historic buildings as well as for new buildings coverings.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

SUBSTRATES PREPARATION

STUCCOFILL R20 must be applied on substrate based on cement mortars, premixed plasters, improvement plasters etc.; on those substrates that present saltpeter efflorescence, effectuate previously a renovation with the dehumidifying plaster IDROSTOP (see the technical sheet). In case of ancient buildings restoration, in order to guarantee a good transpiration, it is suggested to remove any plastic coatings before the application. Level eventual substrate irregularities.

PRODUCT PREPARATION

Mix one sack of STUCCOFILL R20 with about 7 lt of clean water through propeller; mix at low speed until you obtain a homogeneous lump free paste.

APPLICATION PRODUCT

Effectuate the application in two or three coats, employable in the same day with a thickness of maximum 2 mm basing on the substrate’s porosity and roughness; applied and finished tighty with inox trowel and levelling at the same time to obtain a smooth sirface.
