Molded angle in polystyrene, with squared or battened profiles, resistant material, shockproof, it presents volumetric stability over time. It preserves, almost entirely, its characteristics over time.
It is available in two versions:
- With insulating polystyrene foam panels (EPS)
- Whit polystyrene foam panels (EPS) synthesized with graphite
Thanks to its insulating characteristics it is suitable to realize corners in the thermal insulating system, and it is suitable for old or new buildings, on substrates like: hollow clay bricks, poroton, premixed or traditional cementitious skim coats and plasters, fiber-cement prefabricated panels, etc..
The substrates preparation and conditions, are the base for a good final work; the substrate must be cement-base, clay bricks etc.; they must be strong, dry and perfectly cured; free of greases, dusts, humidity, saltpeter and everything that can make difficult the adhesion.
The product is in sheets ready to use.
INSULATING PANELS APPLICATION
The application is implemented placing the adequate adhesive (Flex Top 100 C2T) or skim coat (Rasocem KR Extra), in a homogeneous way, on the backside of the panel. For not-planar substrates, the adhesive or skim coat, will be placed in points, in order to obtain an adhesive surface of 50% at least.
